Cindy Chandler, CCIM, CRE, DREI, CDEI has an extensive background in commercial real estate in Charlotte and surrounding areas and teaches Continuing Education for residential and commercial agents at the Canopy Real Estate Institute.

Cindy’s plethora of professional and educational accomplishments speaks to her experience in her field and dedication to education. She has received the Program of the Year Award from the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association, South Carolina Real Estate Educators Association and the national chapter of the Real Estate Educators Association.

She holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognizing her as an expert in commercial and investment real estate fields in addition to several additional certifications. She has served on the North Carolina Real Estate Commission for 11 years, including as chair person. Her membership and affiliations include CCIM, the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors®, the national and local chapter of the Real Estate Educators Association and Counselors of Real Estate.

During her downtime you can find Cindy buried in a book or walking along the water in Hilton Head.
