N.C. Classroom Continuing Education

As of 3/13/20 at 5 p.m., Canopy Real Estate Institute has suspended all in-person instruction effective immediately. Read more.

The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) has released an update addressing concerns about attending in-person continuing education (CE) and Postlicensing courses.

Read the complete update from the NCREC and information regarding requests for CE and Postlicensing course extensions here.

If you are requesting an extension, the NCREC asks that you provide as much information as possible.

Important: Even if you are granted a CE extension, you must still renew your North Carolina license during the license renewal period (May 15-June 30, 2020).
