Canopy Real Estate Institute offers online, on-demand CE elective courses through Dearborn Real Estate Education, The CE Shop, The RELO Course, and Real Time Learn.

These courses have been approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) for four (4) hours of elective credit, unless otherwise noted. Your successful completion of a course is reported to the NCREC within seven (7) days of completion.

Important things to note;

The General RE Update (GENUP) and Broker-in-Charge RE Update (BICUP) must be taken in an in-person or virtual classroom.
Students have 30 days to complete an OnDemand course starting on the purchased date (or by June 10 - whichever comes first). Please note course expires after 30 days, NO EXCEPTIONS per Commission rule.
OnDemand course are non-refundable. We strongly encourage you to review all distance education guidelines under our Canopy Policies PRIOR to purchasing.
