Jim Garrison started his career in the real estate industry in 1984.  Jim’s interest in finance and bringing the deal to closing is what lead him to migrate to the lending side of real estate transactions 30 years ago.  Jim is passionate about structuring real estate deals in a manner that is beneficial to the homebuyer.  Jim also enjoys the challenge of aiding Realtors learn the art of making the sale happen.  This combination of experience and passion blended with his engaging communication style and dynamic PowerPoints removes the boring out of his CE class.
